Well, I still have to write the rules but I'm finished with all the coding (for now)! And I think it works.
Just a quick run down. Once you decide to submit a photo or photos it will not automatically be seen in the gallery the moment you click "Submit" It will take me, the admin, to put the photo(s) in the correct place although the way I have it set up I should just be able to copy and paste. (This will prevent some troll from registering and posting objectionable pictures.)
You can only submit 6 photos at a time.
Please, if anyone wants to just test it out seriously or just for fun I would love that as it may help me determine what needs improving.
Anyway, I'm happy it is done and I hope in the future we will have some wonderful photos for viewing.

O.K. I think I have everything the way I want. I have the pop-up working, the links to the Terms and Detailed Instructions.
Now I just want to see if I need more than 6 photo slots and how everyone likes it. Technically, it may seem like you could just post these links but the form keeps things neat and tidy to make my job easier. Hee hee.

Well, you were the guiney pig. LOL I can see a couple things I need to redo to make it easier to understand.
Please tell me what parts confused you so I can fix them.
I know one is about the X'ing out part and then I say you can just tab throught the rest. What I meant was you can use tabbing in the form. I should have just left that last part off and it isn't anything I can just fix right now by retyping it in the code. It is a graphic so I have to remake the graphic and I will.
I'm also working on adding a comment link back to the boards so if people want to say "Cool room" or "How did you do that?" they can.
There just is no perfect way to put in a photogallery in a hosted site that I know of.
Anyway, your photos are in but they are really small when you click them. You really can't see what is going on very well.

I looked & when I click them I can see them just fine.
I wasn't confused about the tabbing comment. What confused me was the code I needed to put in. I used the one that we use in posts on the other site & when I clicked submit, only then did the instructions pop up & then they were gone too fast for me to read them. I tried 3 times to submit before I figured out how to see what I needed to read to be able to fix them. Also, you have to do each photo individually, which was OK until I had to do them twice...ROFLOL.

It's a "mouse-over" pop-up - you hold your mouse over it as many times as you like to make the instructions appear. Hmmmm, I guess I never though that some people wouldn't know what that was and how they work so I'm very glad you brought that up.
I'll work on making it clear what code you need and how to work the pop-up.
I could make it so all the code could be put in at the same time but then the comments would be difficult to put in for each photo.
I'll be thinking on this....
Thanks Misty for being the guinea pig and thanks for the photos.
