Herbed Parmesan Baked Eggs Hi Everyone, If anyone is in need of a quick recipe,then try this out.You dont have to use Parmesan cheese as i know some people dislike the taste for some reason,but i use Parmesan cheese on almost everything lol. Herbed Parmesan Baked Eggs 1 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. minced fresh thyme 2 eggs Pinch salt Dash freshly ground white pepper Dash freshly grated nutmeg 1 tbsp. snipped chives or chervil Preheat the oven to :(325ºF. Heavily grease small individual casserole dishes or ramekins (flatter is better) with half of the butter. Sprinkle a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese in each dish, tilting the dish to coat the buttered sides with the parmesan. Repeat with the thyme. Break one egg into each dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Dot with the remaining butter. Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked the way you like them. Top with the snipped chives or chervil and serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.

You are my new best friend! I love parmesan! I joke that I have a little spaghetti with my parmesan. :-[I am that bad!!!
My Mom loves eggs and parmesan so I think I'll try that on her.

With me, a little parmesan goes a long way but I might try it with cheddar sometime. Sounds really yummy!
