It is quite lovely. You even have a picture of your house on the board.

It is quite lovely. You even have a picture of your house on the board. I know. I couldn't decide if I wanted a "professional" picture of "a house" that was much prettier/fancier but then I decided to just use mine. It's definitely not a showplace yet though. Far, far from it, especially the landscaping or lack there-of. LOL I mean, the lovely chain link fence around the house is to die for. ROTFL

ROTFL I think your house is perfect for what you are doing here, and yes that check link fence must be the pride of the neighborhood. What kind of fencing do you want? rod iron maybe? My friend has a two story home kinda like yours, and she did brick and rod iron herself with the help of her family. They do everything themselves! She is on the historical board for her town and her house has been in the news paper. Have a great day!

Thats exactly what I want - brick and wrought iron. I have a sketch of what I want. I'm just don't remember seeing the sketch pad for months. Hmmm
Oh, and other houses in my neighborhood have chain link too. But none of the houses on my street should have them. They are big wonderful houses. I think originally this house had wrought iron because the porch is all wrought iron. And I found little scraps here and there of wrought iron toppers around the yard that were rusted off.

I think your house would look beautiful with wrought iron. I don't know why I always write "rod" iron? ADHD moment I guess.
