Oh, I am soo glad you posted all those. My husband built our porch this year, and we are going to start are walkways this spring. So this gives me alot of ideas of the pattern I want.

Your welcome. By the time I was finished making those I felt as if I had virtually paved a huge patio. You have no idea how many image rotations I had to do to make those but I'm sure glad they weren't made in vain. I too, one of these days down the road, hope to do some serious hardscape and then landscaping. This will encompass a series of retaining walls, a new curving driveway, new sidewalks and a patio. Some day.....but as things are going it may have to wait until I win the lottery.

I am very impressed that you made those yourself! It was not in vain. I LOVE the old chicago style pattern. I think I am leaning toward that one, but I know it is going to be so much harder to do. And I hear ya, There is so much work that needs done outside our place. The way things are going, I also need to win the lottery. But its always free to plan and dream, Thank God.

You are so right, thank goodness we can dream.
I think I may start looking for old buildings that are being torn down to get a supply of bricks. I know they would have to be cleaned up but that may be the only way I can afford to do any hardscape.
I know I'll not be able to do my dream hardscape/landscape plans because of the situation I am in right now. Just to have my current parking place leveled is over $500.00 and that is only an area that parks 3 cars so I hate to think what it would be to do the curve I want. I haven't even priced anything else. So yes, I need to win the lottery.
But I may be able to do a retaining wall if I can come up with some really cheap bricks.
